to use coinmate, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. you agree to:
you must be at least 13 years of age to use coinmate. if you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app. by using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
you retain all ownership rights to the financial data, transaction information, and other content you enter into coinmate ("user content"). by using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync your user content solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality.
your user content is stored locally on your device and synced to cloud servers (supabase) to enable cross-device functionality. we use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. see our privacy policy for detailed information about data handling.
you are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and reliability of all user content. we do not verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy of any user content.
while we make reasonable efforts to maintain data integrity, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important financial information. we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of user content.
you agree not to use coinmate to:
coinmate, including all software, features, functionality, designs, graphics, user interface, and related intellectual property, is owned by issatay massalin and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use coinmate on your personal ios device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on coinmate or any portion thereof without our express written permission.
no financial advice: coinmate is a tracking tool only. nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. you should consult qualified professionals for such advice. any financial decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
coinmate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
coinmate is not a bank, credit union, payment processor, or financial institution of any kind. we do not:
while we strive to provide accurate calculations and reliable functionality, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, calculations, or features within the app.
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless issatay massalin and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
you may stop using coinmate and delete your account at any time. to delete your account, use the account deletion feature within the app or contact us at massalin.issatay@gmail.com.
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to coinmate at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
upon termination, your right to use coinmate will immediately cease. we may delete your user content from our servers, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. you are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before termination.
we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. when we make changes, we will:
your continued use of coinmate after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. if you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the app and delete your account.
these terms are between you and issatay massalin only, not with apple inc. ("apple"). issatay massalin, not apple, is solely responsible for coinmate and its content.
the license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use coinmate on any apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the app store terms of service.
issatay massalin is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to coinmate, as specified in these terms or as required under applicable law. apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to coinmate.
issatay massalin is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. in the event of any failure of coinmate to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify apple, and apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for coinmate to you. to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to coinmate, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be issatay massalin's sole responsibility.
issatay massalin, not apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to coinmate or your possession and/or use of coinmate, including but not limited to:
in the event of any third-party claim that coinmate or your possession and use of coinmate infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, issatay massalin, not apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
you represent and warrant that:
apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. upon your acceptance of these terms, apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the republic of kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or coinmate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the republic of kazakhstan.
before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at massalin.issatay@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
these terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and issatay massalin regarding coinmate and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
if any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
no waiver of any term of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
you may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. we may assign these terms at any time without notice or consent.
no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these terms, and neither party has any authority to bind the other in any respect.
we shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
